Shipping policy
Once the order is confirmed, no information or delivery details can be changed. We will send you a delivery notice by email with shipping details to your registered email address. Your products will generally be sent out within 15 working days after your order is placed. We will try our best to meet these estimates but cannot guarantee delivery times.
Orders will be shipped by third party courier. You may refer to the tracking number from the link in the delivery notification email and check the status of your shipment by visiting the courier service's official website.
Items shipped from HK: Typically ship within 5 business days.
Items shipped from other locations: We will ship your item within 15 business days after receiving it from the collector.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

Our couriers can be DHL, UPS or SF Express, unless an alternate courier is requested.
All packages will include a tracking number. Once shipped, we will notify you with the necessary information to track your package.

We offer free shipping for all products within Greater China, including Hong Kong, China Mainland, Taiwan, and Macau. Excluding any applicable import duties and taxes if there are any.
International Shipping:
Shipping restrictions may apply.
Delivery generally takes 7-25 days.
Shipment to non-HK countries may be subject to import duties and taxes, and these additional charges must be paid by the customer. Penchant has no control over these charges and bears no responsibility for these.
Local Shipping (Greater China):
Free standard delivery on all local orders.
We use SF Express or DHL for local deliveries.
Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days.
Free shipping exclude any applicable import duties and taxes (non-HK) if there are any.
Customs & Taxes:
Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees.
The buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.

Missing or Lost Package:
We are not responsible for packages lost through postal carrier services.
In the unfortunate event that your package is lost, we will assist by providing relevant information.

Penchant Art reserves the right to update its shipping policy at its sole discretion without prior notice and changes will be posted on the Website. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Penchant Art shall be final and conclusive.
